We own a leading distribution business and a global logistics company with total employment of approximately 1,000:
     • Parts, apparel and accessories for motorcycles & ATVs
     • International and domestic freight forwarding, supply
         chain management, contract warehousing and specialty
         packaging design.

We wish to acquire several additional businesses:

• Distribution, logistics or manufacturing companies based in the U.S.
• EBITDA between $2 million and $6 million (could be larger is some cases.)
